〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕菲律賓駐台代表白熙禮（Antonio I. Basilio）14日返台後直赴外交部溝通，原訂外交部長林永樂要在晚間8點半召開記者會，但直至9點都還沒有消息。外傳菲國總統明日將派漁業署官員培瑞茲來台致歉、慰問遭槍殺船員家屬，消息有待進一步查證。
