〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕台灣「廣大興28號」漁船船員遭菲律賓公務船射殺，尚未圓滿解決。馬英九總統今（16）日說，菲律賓的行為，沒法被文明國家所容忍；呼籲菲律賓正式道歉、賠償損失、徹查事實嚴懲凶手、儘速啟動台菲漁業協議談判。
