台封測業Q1產值 季減9%

　(中央社記者鍾榮峰台北16日電)工研院IEK ITIS計畫表示，第1季台灣IC封測產業受庫存調整和PC需求慘淡影響，第1季封測產值較去年第4季衰退9%，是半導體次產業表現最差者。
