塑化劑案　金果王負責人判14月定讞

塑化劑風暴前年爆發後，昱伸公司被查出在食品添加物起雲劑中加入有毒塑化劑，下游廠商金果王公司負責人陳阿和得知後，仍續販賣已作好的水蜜桃汁、鳳梨汁給國內外廠商，直到檢警找上門，陳阿和被押才停出貨。

最高法院今依詐欺、違反《食品衛生管理法》等罪，合併判陳阿和1年2月、會計林美惠9月，金果王、金吉王公司共判罰金76萬元定讞。

檢方原依《刑法》「千面人條款」起訴陳阿和，並求重刑12年，但一審改以詐欺未遂等罪判陳1年4月，二審又考量陳已賠償下游廠商的損失，雙方和解，又減輕判1年2月。至於製造有毒起雲劑的昱伸公司負責人賴俊傑夫婦，去年底已分被判刑15年、12年定讞。
