〔記者范文濱╱桃園報導〕設廠楊梅幼獅擴大工業區的麗騏紡織公司，涉嫌偷排廢水，經環境保護局連續3天24小時排班駐守，持續觀察東明溪水質變化，於6日凌晨1點多，發現溪水又成濁白色，立即循水路往上游追查，約在3公里左右的高獅路822巷道路側溝，發現麗騏紡織公司廠房後方水溝，正在排放濁白色廢水，立即下車採樣檢測，並進廠稽查。環保局依違反水污染防治法第18條規定告發，予勒令停工處分。並依檢測數據和裁罰基準裁處，最高可處新臺幣60萬元罰鍰。
