〔記者逄緯喆／高雄報導〕「2013國家卓越建設獎」日前舉辦頒獎典禮，高雄市長陳菊以近3年間所完成的高雄特色建設角逐參賽，榮獲2013國土建設特別貢獻獎之殊榮，由吳敦義副總統頒獎；在公部門獎別中，高雄市更以3項卓越獎、9項金質獎、10項優質獎及1項特別獎，共計23件參賽作品在競爭激烈的環境中脫穎而出，成績斐然。
