黑心豆干案　百年豆干老店老闆5萬交保

新北市新莊百年歷史的豆干店，今天被爆疑違法在豆干內添加工業用染劑。北檢約談豆干店尤姓負責人、涉賣染料的益良食品行陳姓女子等人，訊後依違反《食品衛生管理法》等罪嫌，分別以5萬元、10萬元交保。

檢方指出，去年5月間，益良食品行將工業染料「黃色素36號」（俗稱：皂黃）售給百年老店豆干店，豆干店明知進貨單價，遠低於合法食用染料（黃色4號及5號）價格，卻仍使用。
