〔記者許素蘭／苗栗報導〕苗栗市公所今年把「2013九降風起─紙鳶情揚」風箏文化節系列活動，與客家傳統美食─四炆四炒結合，2日特別於苗栗市老人文康中心進行四炆四炒菜色的評選，結果由劉榮林總舖師勝出。市長邱炳坤歡迎國人到苗栗參加風箏文化節，品嚐客家傳統美食。
