監察院長王建煊出席財產申報法20週年研討會表示，財產申報制度上路20年，監院卻淪為負責收件、蓋章的基層執行機關，對涉及應否處罰的條文疑義無權解釋與修法，該業務是否能轉交廉政署，可以討論；另外，財產申報資料公開，容易引起麻煩，甚至官員小孩被同學說「你爸爸好有錢」，會造成相關人等的困擾。 《詳全文...》
