涉燒毀檔案 監院彈劾自家秘書長

監察院今天以違法銷毀檔案為由，通過彈劾「自家人」監察院秘書長陳豐義。監委馬以工指出，陳豐義沒有依照檔案法銷毀檔案，導致檔案流失不可考，已經嚴重違法失職。陳豐義則是大聲喊冤，強調自己大公無私奉公守法，也沒有銷毀任何重要的卷證，他還質疑提案的監委日前邀約其他監委聯誼，之後就傳出他將遭彈劾，可能有監委因此受到誤導。
