〔記者賴淑禎／台中報導〕臺中市議員黃仁引述市府原民會主委吉娃斯巴萬前司機的指控，質疑她公器私用，對此吉娃斯巴萬主委嚴正澄清自己「絕對沒有公器私用！」並針對指控事項說明，不了解前司機為何扭曲事實，她澄清指出，一名高齡80歲的張婆婆欲參加市府原民會舉辦的活動，但婆婆人在南投山上，無人接送，因此才請自己的司機前去接送，她則自己開車前往活動地點。
