監察院秘書長陳豐義辦理「檔卷清理計畫」時，銷毀未超過保存年限及需永久保存的調查案數，數量堆疊竟達50樓高，嚴重違反《檔案法》，監委彈劾通過，並在4日下午記者會對外說明；陳豐義也不甘示弱，搶在記者會尾聲，也立刻以「個人名義」宣布將在自己辦公室召開記者會，對彈劾「不意外但感到寒心」。 《詳全文...》
