〔記者許素蘭／苗栗報導〕苗栗縣政府昨天在第二辦公大樓國際會議廳舉辦「有我無毒、無毒有我」反毒教育人才培訓，共有二百多名志工參加。縣長劉政鴻表示，毒品氾濫情形讓人擔心，希望大家做好反毒工作，把吸毒的孩子都救回來，亦把毒品趕出苗栗。
