建商強佔土地　祕魯五千年金字塔付之一炬

【綜合報導】古蹟保育與城市發展間的矛盾，任何一個有歷史的城市都可能發生，南美洲的秘魯一座有5千年歷史的金字塔，被建商夷為平地，激怒考古學家與政府。

在秘魯首都利馬附近，有一座5千年歷史的金字塔El Paraiso，是美州大陸現存12座佔地64公頃以上的金字塔之一。1965年考古學家發現這座遺蹟，證實當地曾有1500至3000名居民，利用超過10萬噸的岩石，建造這座金字塔用作宗教與祭祀。

但當地2間建築公司為了開發這片土地，上周六(6月29日)竟將這座歷史悠久的古蹟夷平並焚毁。負責金字塔考古項目的專家表示，這2間公司自稱擁有這塊土地，祕魯當局則批評建商不擇手段。但破壞已無法彌補，當局除了痛心批評，也無法採取進一步行動。
