〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕原本在於菲律賓東方海面上的熱帶性低氣壓，就在剛剛已經形成今年第八號颱風西馬隆。雖然它目前的位置還是靠近菲律賓，但CNN預測朝向台灣而來的機率相當高。
