【短片】「西馬隆」外圍環流影響　墾丁下大雨

【綜合報導】輕颱西馬隆今天生成，氣象局也隨即在10點半發布海上颱風警報。屏東縣墾丁也已經受到外圍環流影響，風雨增強。

墾丁南灣上午突然下起大雨，讓許多遊客閃避不及被淋濕。而且風也明顯增強，墾丁大街上遊客數至少少了一半。
