〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕健保局今(17)日表示，因應二代健保自今年1月1日起實施，健保局宣導二代健保新制內容，擴增民眾及投保單位對新規定諮詢便利性，於去年11月16日起，並於健保免付費服務專線0800-030598下，增設「二代健保諮詢客服中心」接聽二代健保來電問題，提供民眾及投保單位對補充保險費等相關問題詢問。
