〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕海基會發言人馬紹章今(17)日表示，海基會秘書長高孔廉，已親自致電海協副會長鄭立中，希望能協調區政府，撤除目前封鎖成都太平洋百貨春熙店的保全，讓百貨恢復秩序、繼續經營。同時也希望成都中院能盡速完成訴訟程序。
