〔文／陳以信〕英國《經濟學人》雜誌報導，國際透明組織最新發布《全球貪腐趨勢指數2013》顯示，去年一年裡台灣有高達36%的人曾經行賄。此消息一出，大多數國人都感震驚，因為與親身經驗相差太多。但此數據與該組織所作相關報告相互矛盾之處甚多，在真相獲得澄清前，國人毋須望自菲薄、自我洩氣。
