〔記者陳榮昌／台中報導〕台中市外埔區大甲溪虎眼圳堤防南岸附近數百公頃農田，無法取得灌溉用水，市議員楊永昌14日邀請，水利署第三河川局、外埔區長劉陳吻等單位官員及數十位農民進行協調，河川局有鑑於農民迫切之需，當場允諾依原水溝修復溝路，近期將發包施工復建，以解決農民耕種用水的困境。
