〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕就在今(14)天下午3時40分，台北市突然降下暴雨，氣象局說，受颱風外圍雲系影響，今日中南部、北部地區及恆春半島有局部大雨或豪雨並有局部冰雹發生的機率，東南部地區有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風、溪水暴漲、坍方、落石、土石流；低窪地區請慎防淹水。
