〔記者黃志政／台中報導〕台中市大甲區大安港路段后里大排河堤於上月蘇利颱風來襲時嚴重破損，市議員李榮鴻與當地里長向市府水利局陳情請求協助搶修，時隔一個月了卻只見水利局克難地用沙包填補破洞，市政府說已沒有災損經費修復，要簽准預算設計發包，將到年底才能動工，而這段等待的空檔時間內，二十甲水稻芋田農民只能聽天由命！
