〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕潭美颱風來襲，中央氣象局在20日正式發布海上、陸上颱風警報，台北市政府宣布21日全體公教機關停止上班，證交所、櫃買中心、期交所20日晚間也宣布包括證券及期貨市場21日休市1天，當日應屆交割款券順延辦理。
