【綜合報導】英國布倫特市會堂接待員沙妮絲（Shanice），笑容可掬為訪客解答問題，但非有問必答，因為其實她不是真人，只是虛擬3D影像。

英國《都市報》報導，市政會花了1.2萬英鎊（約56萬元台幣）研發這個虛擬接待員。訪客輸入問題，沙妮絲就會解答，但她只預設了幾個答案，如果問其他問題，她就會被考倒，無法回答。

採用虛擬3D影像取代真人，估計每年可節省1.7萬鎊（約79萬元台幣）支出。
