【潘岳／宜蘭報導】潭美颱風步步逼近，宜蘭縣雨勢逐漸加大，頭城外澳海灘今天上午掀起一波波驚人長浪，岸巡12大隊在各入口處拉起封鎖線，官兵冒雨24小時巡邏，嚴防遊客冒險下海衝浪。

巡邏官兵說：「雖未見有遊客欲『闖關』衝浪，但仍有民眾前往觀浪，基於安全起見，立即予以勸離。」
