〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕面對路徑怪異的「潭美」颱風，經濟部水利署緊急應變小組二級開設，已經加強河川、排水、海堤、水門、抽水站等水利建造物巡防工作，針對防汛缺口、破堤施工及在建工程備妥防汛搶險及應變措施，且已備妥抽水機及防汛器材，水利署提醒，21日中元節適逢大潮，沿海低窪地區民眾應嚴防海水倒灌。
