〔社會中心／桃園報導〕陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘遭虐死案，其中先前2度遭羈押獲得交保的范佐憲，因涉嫌主導關洪仲丘禁閉，被外界形容是造成洪案發生的元凶。除此之外，先前也有不少人爆料，指涉范佐憲涉嫌經營運動簽賭、放高利貸、盜賣軍品等，桃園地檢署調查後，發現僅愛上遊戲網站打怪，查無其他簽賭和放高利貸等事實，似乎被「妖魔化」了。
