〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕受到潭美颱風來襲影響，台北市停止上班上課，股匯市及期貨市場也都休市，但僅是台灣部分地區銀行暫停營業，國際金融市場仍持續營業，央行主管及交易員21日仍然上班，一方面從事國際金融交易，且主動與銀行聯繫，緊急提供外幣資金，統計提供外幣資金達12.61億美元及2.4億日圓。
