〔娛樂中心／綜合報導〕名主持人于美人對於北市一間月子中心「藍田產後護理之家」，在網站首頁用其肖像長達6年之事，對中心興訟求償2100萬元，但提出訴訟時，卻是對「藍田士林產後護理之家」負責人求償，因兩者負責人不同，士林地院昨判決于美人敗訴。據查，兩者雖是同集團，但掛名的負責人不同。
