〔記者彭夢竺／台北報導〕潭美颱風暴風圈進入台灣北部，風雨逐漸增強，交通部公路總局今(21)日下午3點宣佈，將針對台2線濱海公路、台9線北宜公路、台9甲新烏公路，以及三峽區台3線橫溪橋採取用路人保全措施，預計在晚間5點起管制勸導，晚間6至8點起，一直到明晨6點預警性封閉，請用路人注意。
