五楊路面裂開　專家：偷工減料應挖掉重鋪

【李姿慧／台北報導】耗資606億元造價的國1五楊高架通車才4個多月就裂開，新北市土木技師公會理事長余烈昨夜看到照片後直言是趕工偷工減料，施工底層爛泥土沒清乾淨就回填，且回填土壓實也不確實，根本是用國道昂貴的造價做出鄉下道路的品質，必須整個挖掉重新回填，下雨和地下水是推託之詞。

台大地質系教授劉聰桂表示，工程設計本來就要考量地下水因素，台灣並不是只有今天才有這麼大的雨，說雨量超過預期和設計說法似是而非，新國道會出現裂縫只有二個原因，包括是先沒有做好地下水資料蒐集，或偷工減料，應從這二方向去調查補強。
