〔記者李宜庭／綜合報導〕日本知名企業索尼(Sony)公司，為讓資深員工離職，竟特地設立「無聊辦公室」(Boredom Room)，把欲迫使退休的老員工指派到此辦公室，每天只需看報紙、上網、下班時寫報告，讓員工因無所事事「太無聊」，自動辭職。
