〔記者李宜庭／台北報導〕轉眼又到中秋節，市面上各式月餅紛紛出爐，口味吃法更是比潮、比時尚。月餅好吃絕對是首要條件，但如何吸引消費者注意，特別是追求流行、新鮮感的現代上班族，無論是食材、口味搭配、禮盒設計等都是關鍵。中秋佳節家人團圓、三五好友相聚，賞月品茗少不了月餅相伴。今年中秋各家祭出各式創意月餅比拼買氣，除了古早味豆沙、肉餡傳統月餅，有業者打造「皇帝級」口感，在月餅中加入干貝、魚翅等頂級餡料；此外，還有引進中西混搭吃法，感受不同中秋樂趣。
