大安信義中正1戶2044萬　5月實價最高

【郭寶懃／台北報導】北市地政局今日公布今年5月標準住宅總價分析，大樓總價1565萬元為最高，其次住宅為1368萬元，最低是公寓為1296萬元。在4個次分區的部份，大安信義中正區總價2044萬元為全市最高，其次士林內湖大同區1372萬元，其餘中山松山南港區1224萬元，最低總價是萬華文山北投區為1079萬元。
 
4個次分區住宅價格指數以中山松山南港區114.07為最高，受重大建設所帶動；另外萬華文山北投區103.97相對較低，因為此次分區交易價格較穩定。而指數變動率最大的是大安信義中正區，價格指數為109.65，比4月105.51漲3.92%。
