【鉅亨網記者陳慧琳 台北】為鼓勵國銀積極布局亞洲，金管會今(13)日宣布將大舉鬆綁法案，簡化程序，未來國銀申設海外分支及辦事處，將採申報生效制，即銀行向金管會提出申請，若金管會未提出反對者，15天後即可生效；不過，大陸地區並未涵蓋在內。
