〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕馬英九總統發動政治鬥爭，國民黨考紀會撤銷立法院長王金平的黨籍，欲使喪失院長及立委資格。民進黨立委陳其邁今（13）日表示，他將提案修正《立法院組織法》及《公職人員選舉罷免法》，維護憲政體制，貫徹國會自律，落實國會議長政治中立化。
