〔記者林保宏／專題報導〕2012年，對於許多台灣民眾來說，可以說是令人難忘的一年。去年歷經油電雙漲、證所稅、保費制度變革等，每一項都對民眾都有重大的影響。不少台灣民眾都會問，去年的農曆年正逢12生肖中的「龍」年，在國內傳統的認知而言，龍被視為是吉祥的動物，結果卻是動盪不安的一年。
