初三車潮 高公局：南下午後走 北上早出發

交通部台灣區國道高速公路局今天表示，國道12日（大年初三）預料有車潮，建議南下用路人午後出發，北上愈早出發愈好。

高公局說，上午國道湧現車潮，下午則是逐漸舒緩；不少用路人在凌晨到上午7時間上路，避開白天尖峰時段。

高公局表示，12日預料將有另一波車潮，國道雙向都會出現車多情況；建議南下用路人午後上路最好，北上車輛則是愈早愈能避開車潮。

此外，大年初三國道雙向從凌晨0時到上午7時暫停收費。

除現有開放路肩措施照常實施，上午7時起到晚間7時再開放部分路段的路肩供小型車行駛：國道3號大溪至龍潭南下、國道3號霧峰至中投北上、國道3號竹林至關西北上、國3龍潭收費站至龍潭交流道北上。

高公局請用路人如果要開車出門，要做好車況檢查，了解各項交通疏導措施，配合地圖規劃行程。
