〔生活中心／台北報導〕中央氣象局在11日晚間20:30表示，蘇力颱風從強颱下修為中颱，但仍是中颱最強等級，氣象局發布陸上颱風警報，提醒民眾仍需注意安全，做好防颱準備。民眾關切的是否放防災假，新北市、基隆市政府在晚間21:00宣布，12日正常上班上課。
