〔記者孫偉倫／綜合報導〕親民黨平地原住民立委林正二因行賄判刑定讞，即將喪失立委資格。內政部長蕭家淇11日表示，原住民立委同選區缺額須達2分之一才要補選，但全部3席的平地原住民立委現只出缺1席，未達2分之一，因此不用補選。
