〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕夏季溫度越飆越高，日前發生瓦斯搬運工、高架道路外勞疑似中暑死亡事件，但勞委會自3年前公布熱危害職業病認定標準後，迄今仍未認定通過任何案例，民進黨立委林淑芬與勞工團體11日召開記者會批評，勞委會執行檢查時根本便宜行事，應加強要求雇主進行勞工健康管理，而非消極檢查是否提供飲用水、休息場所、噴霧系統等。
