〔記者許素蘭／苗栗報導〕苗栗縣政府推動通霄鎮海埔新生地規劃為「海水養殖生產專業區」，已於去年十一月十九日獲行政院核定為重大經建計畫，縣府表示，該工程預計明年農曆年前動工。
