〔地方中心／雲林報導〕據中央氣象局表示今年第7號颱風「蘇力」，已轉為強颱，受颱風及外圍環流影響，12日起臺灣東北部地區及北部山區有局部性豪雨或大豪雨，北部及東部地區有局部性大雨或豪雨發生的機率，中部及東南部地區有局部性大雨發生的機率，雲林縣府呼籲請農、林、漁、牧業者，颱風來襲期間，確實做好防災相關措施，山區請注意防範坍方、落石及瞬間大雨；沿海等低窪地區請慎防淹水。
