〔記者高玉蟾／花蓮報導〕雖然行動不便、無法言語，出自軍人家庭的皮介民最想唸的其實是軍校，日前，他上臉書到國防部發言室，獲得國防部長高華柱的肯定，也特別為皮介民量身打造一把長度74公分、重量在一公斤內的禮槍送給皮介民，鼓勵他繼續念書、再高升。
