【蔡亞樺／台北報導】台北市水利處表示，台北地區已脫離蘇力颱風海陸警報範圍，因河川水位高漲，部分河濱公園遭水淹沒，垃圾、淤泥堆積，將先清理有交通通行需求的堤外便道，包括內溝溪1號及2號、基隆河11號及新店溪1-1號、2號、3號、3-1號等7座疏散門，今晚10時開放提供民眾通行，其餘疏散門因淤泥狀況嚴重，需時間清理，預定後天上午6時開啟，並同時開放堤外交通便道通行。
