〔生活中心／綜合報導〕台鐵表示，受蘇力颱風風雨影響，西部幹線因苗栗－銅鑼地區大雨，導至國道排水管破裂沖刷、電車線無法通電，加上146公里600公尺處路基流失，山線中斷行駛。
