〔記者林修卉／新北市報導〕蘇力颱風陸上颱風警報解除！新北市政府13日晚間表示，自14日（周日）上午8時前，車主要把停放在新北市紅、黃線及學校的車輛駛離，違者警察機關將依道路交通管理處罰條例，舉發並得將車輛移置。
