〔社會中心／基隆報導〕基隆市1名男子約女同事回家喝酒，並趁女同事喝醉時指姦得逞。事後女同事對男子提告，但法院認為女子事後還常與被告聯繫，性侵證據不足，判決被告無罪，全案仍可上訴。
