〔記者林修卉／綜合報導〕蘇力颱風發威！行政院長江宜樺今（13）日上午11時親赴石門水庫，視察電廠防淤排砂隧道首次啟用作業。北水局指出，石門水庫排砂隧道上午8時30分開啟，每秒300立方公尺進行水利排砂，石門水庫也從凌晨4時開始利用溢洪道洩洪，放水量逐步調升至每秒4200立方公尺，因排砂隧道排出濁水。
