〔記者林修卉／新北市報導〕蘇力颱風12日晚間登陸，強風豪雨肆虐，造成淡水分局中正路派出所巡佐陳錦榮遭磚塊砸中，傷重不治。新北巿長朱立倫13日前往馬偕醫院慰問家屬，將協助陳錦榮在花蓮服替代役的兒子，儘速返回新北巿處理治喪事宜，並協助調回新北巿服役，以便就近照顧家裡。
